How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple. Follow these steps:

Refund Methods

Refunds are processed through the original payment method:

  • UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) — Refunded to the same UPI ID within 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer — Refunded to the same bank account within 5-7 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card — Refunded to the same card within 7-10 business days (depends on your bank)
  • Cash Payments — Refunded via UPI or bank transfer (you'll need to share your account/UPI details)
📌 Note: Refund processing time depends on your bank or payment provider. The above timelines are estimates and may vary.

Security Deposit Refund

The security deposit collected at the time of vehicle pickup is fully refundable, subject to the following conditions:

  • Vehicle returned in good condition without any damages
  • Vehicle returned with the same fuel level as provided
  • No pending traffic challans or fines
  • Vehicle returned on time (within grace period)
  • No excessive dirt or cleaning required
  • All accessories and documents returned intact

Deposit refund timeline:

  • Cash deposit: Refunded immediately upon vehicle inspection
  • UPI deposit: Refunded within 24 hours
  • Bank transfer deposit: Refunded within 24-48 hours
⚠️ Deductions: If any damages, missing fuel, challans, or excessive cleaning is found, the applicable charges will be deducted from the security deposit before refund.

Early Return Policy

If you return the vehicle earlier than the scheduled return time:

  • No refund is provided for unused rental hours/days
  • The full booking amount as per the original reservation applies
  • Early returns do not reduce the rental charges
📌 Exception: In case of vehicle breakdown or mechanical failure on our part, a proportional refund will be processed for the unused rental period.

Refund for Vehicle Issues

If you face any issues with the vehicle during your rental:

  • Mechanical breakdown not caused by renter: Full refund for unused period + replacement vehicle (subject to availability)
  • Vehicle not as described: Contact us within 1 hour of pickup for resolution or full refund
  • Safety concerns: Immediate replacement or full refund
✅ Our Promise: We never compromise on vehicle quality or safety. If any genuine issue is reported, we will resolve it immediately or process a full refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are NOT applicable in the following cases:

  • Cancellation made less than 6 hours before pickup
  • No-show — renter did not pick up the vehicle
  • Rental terminated due to renter's violation of terms & conditions
  • Damage caused by renter's negligence or misuse
  • Traffic fines and challans incurred during the rental
  • Early return of vehicle (unused period)
  • Fuel charges for returning vehicle with less fuel
  • Rental cancelled due to invalid or expired documents

Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision:

  1. Contact us via phone or WhatsApp to discuss the issue
  2. Provide supporting evidence (photos, receipts, etc.)
  3. Our team will review within 48 hours and respond
  4. If unresolved, the matter will be handled as per the Governing Law specified in our Terms & Conditions
