What documents are required to rent a self-drive car?
You need the following documents:
- Valid Driving License (Original at pickup)
- Aadhar Card (ID verification)
- One more ID proof (PAN / Passport / Voter ID)

Is there a security deposit? Is it refundable?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required at pickup. Amount varies by car model. It is fully refunded when the car is returned in good condition. Pay via cash, UPI, or bank transfer.

Is fuel included in the rental price?
No, fuel is not included. You receive the car with a certain fuel level and return it at the same level. Refuel freely at any petrol station.

Yes! Cars can go outstation across Gujarat and other states. Just inform us at booking. Popular routes:

What is the minimum age to rent a car?
You must be at least 21 years old with a valid driving license that is at least 1 year old.

Can someone else drive the rented car?
No. Only the person whose driving license is registered during booking can drive the car. Adding an additional driver is possible with prior approval and their valid DL copy.

What if I return the car late?
A grace period of 30 minutes is provided. After that, late charges apply on an hourly basis. We recommend informing us in advance if you need to extend your rental.

Is smoking or pets allowed in the car?
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our cars. A cleaning fee will be charged if the car smells of smoke. Pets are not allowed unless discussed and approved beforehand. We want to keep our cars clean for the next customer.

What if I get a challan or traffic fine?
Any traffic violations or challans during the rental period are the renter's responsibility. You must pay all fines. We recommend driving safely and following all traffic rules. All our cars have valid insurance, PUC, and registration documents.
