By booking with Self Drive Car in Ahmedabad, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the use of our website, services, and the rental of vehicles. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with your booking.

2. Eligibility

Minimum Age: To rent a vehicle from us, you must be at least 21 years old. For certain vehicle categories, a higher minimum age may apply.

Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license held for at least one year is required to rent a vehicle. International drivers should carry an International Driver’s Permit (IDP) along with their national driver’s license.

3. Booking and Payment

Booking Confirmation: Your booking will be confirmed once we receive your payment. The rental fee must be paid in full at the time of booking or upon vehicle pickup, depending on your choice.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, and other online payment methods available on our website.

4. Vehicle Use

Authorized Driver: Only the individual who made the booking or an authorized driver may operate the vehicle. The driver must comply with all local traffic laws and regulations.

Prohibited Use: The vehicle should not be used for illegal activities, racing, off-roading, or transporting hazardous materials. Smoking inside the vehicle is also prohibited.

5. Damage and Liability

Vehicle Damage: You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period, including theft, vandalism, and accidents. Any damage will be assessed, and the costs will be charged to your payment method or deducted from the security deposit.

Liability Insurance: Liability insurance is included in your rental price. However, you may be liable for any damage caused to third parties or property during your rental period if the incident is caused by your negligence or violation of the terms.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup time may incur a cancellation fee.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Refunds may not include any service or processing fees.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. By booking with us, you agree to our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your data for processing bookings and improving our services.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page regularly for any updates.
