Refund Policy

1. Cancellation and Refund Terms

- Cancellation Policy: - If you cancel your booking 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time, you are eligible for a full refund minus any processing fees, if applicable. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will result in a partial refund (typically 50% of the total booking amount), depending on the rental terms. - No refunds will be issued if you do not show up for the rental on the scheduled day and time, or if you return the vehicle early.

- Refund Process: - Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account. - Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original transaction.

2. Damage or Loss of Vehicle

- If the vehicle is returned damaged, we will assess the damage and determine the cost of repairs or replacement.

- If there is significant damage or if the vehicle is deemed unfit for rental due to the damage, you will be charged for the repair costs, which will be deducted from your security deposit, or you will be billed for the full amount if the deposit is insufficient.

- In the event of a total loss (e.g., the car is stolen or severely damaged beyond repair), the customer is responsible for the full replacement cost of the vehicle.

3. Refunds for Unavailability of Vehicle

- In rare circumstances, if we are unable to provide the vehicle you booked (e.g., due to an accident or mechanical failure), we will offer you:

  • A full refund for the amount you paid for the booking, OR
  • A replacement vehicle of similar value and category, if available.

- If no acceptable alternative is available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Late Returns

- If the vehicle is returned after the agreed time, we may charge an additional late fee based on the rental rate and the duration of the delay. If the delay is excessive, we may consider it a breach of the rental agreement and charge the full daily rental rate.

5. Refunds for Service Interruptions

- In the event of service interruptions that are not caused by the customer (such as force majeure events), we will do our best to offer a partial refund or alternative arrangements. However, we cannot be held responsible for issues outside of our control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest.

7. Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees are non-refundable, including, but not limited to:

  • Processing fees for booking.
  • Fees for additional services such as GPS, child seats, or insurance.
  • Any penalties or fines incurred during the rental period, including traffic violations and parking tickets.
